MORE ABOUT JOEL...
A couple things to know off the bat:

I LOVE CrossFit.  I've been involved in it since 2016.  I started broadcasting in 2018
and int 2020 I received my level one coaching certification.  In 2021 I began coaching and still do today at Firewall Fitness in Holliston, MA.

It was also through CrossFit that I launched a fundraiser named the Type 1 Takedown that has raised more than $23,000 in two years to assist families that struggle with the costs of living with type 1 diabetes.
